This really is modern country house cooking. Breads, scones and pastries are baked twice daily and we're happy to share our recipes on check-out too. Nothing is over-worked or made to confuse the palate. Emphasis is always on the freshness of the ingredients and the enhancement of them through the simplicity of combinations. All the ingredients are locally sourced with many of the fruits and vegetables and all of the herbs from our own kitchen & herbs gardens.
